How do I order from the on-line Catalogue?
Simply follow the Shopping Basket routine. You will be asked to add the items you have selected to the Shopping Basket; and when you have finished shopping, to move on to the Cashier to register your name, address and method of payment. You can check the Shopping Basket at any time to check what you have bought, without disrupting your sale
Supposing I live outside the UK?
We have customers who live outside the UK and can send orders to all parts of the world. If you are unsure about the price of items in your local currency, please e-mail us with the details of your order and we will calculate the accurate price in your own currency before accepting the order.
What about Tariffs & Taxes?
All Sterling prices are quoted with local taxes and tariffs included. For countries inside the EC, prices will be converted to local currencies with the tariffs and taxes included. For countries outside the EC, purchasers are responsible for duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country. A commercial invoice is provided with all goods shipped.
How do I pay for my order?
We regret we can only accept payment via Credit or Debit Card Transaction via our Secure Server - Visa, Mastercard or Maestro. This means your card details are encrypted before being sent to us and fully protects any confidential information from prying eyes; or by telephone; or by fax.
Please note that Credit Card transactions are not processed until we have dispatched your order in full.
Is my payment safe?
Yes. All transactions to Jonart Design are encrypted to a Secure Server before being sent to us. This protects the confidential information from prying eyes.
How do I get a receipt?
We send a receipt with all orders unless specifically requested not to.
How is my order sent to me?
Depending on the size and value, parcels are sent via Royal Mail, Parcel Force or our Carrier Service. Parcels sent out of the UK are usually sent via the Royal Mail's Small Parcel Post.
When will my order be sent to me?
Normally, parcels are dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of order and should reach you within 5-10 days within the UK and between 10-21 days outside of Europe. Please allow more time for delivery at busy periods like Christmas.
Where is my order now?
Please e-mail our Order Status department with you name and postcode, and we will return an e-mail with details of the dispatch date plus any other relevant information.
What do I do about goods I don't want?
Jonart Design operates a full, no-quibble Returns Policy. If you don't like what you've bought from us, or need to exchange it for any reason, simply return it to us and we will refund the full value of the goods immediately, or exchange if preferred.
How do I return unwanted goods?
Simply send the goods back to us with the packing note we sent you - we will then be able to refund you correctly.
How do I make a complaint?
In the event that you have a complaint, please e-mail us with the details and we will investigate the matter for you. We endeavour to respond to all queries or complaints within 5 working days.
